Are your cookies handmade?

Yes. All our cookies are handmade in small batches using premium ingredients and baked to order to ensure freshness and quality.

Where are you located?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and bake all orders locally.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 5–7 business days in advance, which allows us time to carefully prepare your mini cookies and postage time.
For custom corporate cookies or large orders, please allow 2–3 weeks, depending on design complexity and quantity.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush orders may be available depending on availability. Please contact us before ordering to confirm feasibility. Additional fees may apply.

Is there a minimum order for custom corporate cookies?

Yes. Minimum order quantities of 200 apply for custom corporate and logo cookies. Please contact us with your requirements for a tailored quote.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. We offer delivery within Melbourne and shipping Australia-wide. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

  • Melbourne metro: Typically 1–3 business days
  • Interstate: Typically 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods.

How long do the cookies stay fresh?

When stored correctly:

  • Heat-sealed or packaged cookies: Up to 4–6 weeks
  • Jar cookies: Best enjoyed within 3–4 weeks

Please refer to the best-before date on the packaging.

How should I store my cookies?

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat
  • Do not refrigerate (this can cause condensation)
  • Once opened, reseal or store in an airtight container

Can you match my brand colours and logo?

We customize shapes, colours, finishes, and logos to suit your corporate branding. Logos must be supplied in high-resolution format.  While an edible printed logo would most probably match your corporate branding, fondant colours may be limited.  However, we do our best to match as close as possible.

What logo file format do you need?

We prefer PDF, JPEG, or high-resolution PNG files for best results.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

At this stage, we do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or nut-free cookies. All products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens.

What allergens are present?

Our cookies may contain wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. Please contact us if you require further allergen information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Standard orders: Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom or corporate orders: Once production has commenced, cancellations or changes are not possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
